A FEW TIDBITS ABOUT ME
|
Home LifeI lived the first 42 year of my life in Oregon, moved to Rochester NY in 2005, and after 8 years in the snow, I moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ with my guy, Ron. We have now bought a home in Roseburg, OR, so we are snowbirding between the two areas. I'm semi retired and now work only for fun. I love to stay busy with artsy and computer projects, photography, writing, real estate and traveling. I'm most "in my element" when working on a project or have a function to organize. Family is important to me, so fortunately mom and dad are also snow birds and have homes in Havasu as well as Roseburg. |

Qualifications
When I moved to New York from Oregon in 2005, I sold several investment properties on owner contracts. Although, I've not needed full time employment, I've been working part time in a retail setting for the past eight years just for fun and to be involved in the community. I have extensive customer service, supervisory and training experience. I enjoy variety in assignments and can move easily from one job to another as needed. I have worked in both large and small offices, as well as a part of travel teams. I’m equally comfortable working independently or as part of a group. I work well with people of all ages, ethnic backgrounds, and even those who may be irate. I welcome open communication and willingly accept criticism as a learning tool and am not afraid to ask questions. I’m very organized and creative, learn new procedures quickly and can process documents efficiently and accurately. I have a good balance rate, an excellent attendance record and am considered an extremely dependable employee. You can count on me to be habitually early anywhere I go and if I tell you something will be done... it will!

Ontario Mulch and Stone ~ Summer "Stay-cation" Photo Contest
Chancy graces the pages of
DOG FANCY MAGAZINE - AUGUST 2012
with my photo titled "Perfect Profile" and wins Angel Eyes Supplements
I thought it was weird that I received a Dog Fancy Magazine in the mail last week. I thought maybe someone had bought me a gift subscription and forgot to tell me, or that maybe I had found a great deal on it and forgot that I ordered it myself. (Old age, ya know!) Anyway, I sat down to finally read it and was shocked to turn a page and see one of Chancy's pictures staring back at me. I'd forgotten that I'd sent his pic to their website quite some time ago. I had no idea it would be published in their "real" magazine. How fun! At least I have an explanation for the surprise magazine now!
