I owned this house as a rental for many years, then sold it on an owner contract before moving to NY. Unfortunately, I just got it back through foreclosure and spent a month cleaning and fixing it as best I could in the time I had before returning to NY. It could still could use some work, although it is quite livable and rentable as it is. It is being sold as a "fixer" which is reflected in the price.
